Girls Travel Company was founded in September 2024 by Amaya & Ndea, two passionate travelers with over 10 years of combined experience exploring 14 countries and 32 U.S. states.

We are a women-focused travel group creating unforgettable domestic and international trips for young women across the United States.

Luxury Travel

As Girls Travel Co. continues to grow, we are committed to curating elevated travel experiences and expanding member perks nationwide. Future offerings may include exclusive experiences and access to premium travel partners, subject to availability.

Annual Membership

After completing one full year of membership with GTC, members are required to pay a $25 annual renewal fee to maintain active membership.

The renewal fee is due on January 8 or July 8, depending on the member’s enrollment date.

Zero Tolerance :

Girls Travel Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviors:

  • Travel shaming

  • Bullying or harassment

  • Passive-aggressive or disrespectful comments

  • Discrimination or degrading language toward any individual based on race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, or background

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the organization without refund.

Payment Policy :

Effective January 26, 2025, all international and domestic trips follow strict payment deadlines.

If a payment is missed, GTC Leadership will contact the member one (1) time regarding the late transaction. At Leadership’s discretion, a one-time extension may be granted. Failure to meet the revised deadline will be a treated as a voluntary cancellation and subject to the deposit retention schedule below.

Deposit Retention Schedule

In the event of cancellation or removal due to missed payments, the following deposit retention policy applies:

  1. More than 110 days prior to group departure Girls Travel Co. will retain 25% of the deposit.

  2. 109–76 days prior to group departure
    Girls Travel Co. will retain 50% of the deposit.

  3. 75–31 days prior to group departure
    Girls Travel Co. will retain 75% of the deposit.

  4. 30 days or less prior to group departure
    Girls Travel Co. will retain 100% of the deposit.


    No refunds will be issued.

Rules of the Organization

GTC Reserve Group Policy

Girls Travel Co. will officially implement the Reserve Group for all current members. This policy is designed to promote active participation, ensure fair access to trips, and preserve the integrity of the Girls Travel Co. experience.

Members are required to participate in at least one Girls Travel Co. trip within each biannual admission cycle. The biannual GTC Admission dates are January 8 and July 8.

Any member who does not attend a minimum of one trip by the applicable admission date will be automatically placed into Reserve Status.

While in Reserve Status, members will:

  • Continue to receive email communications regarding upcoming trips and announcements

  • Remain eligible to attend public Girls Travel Co. events

However, members in Reserve Status will:

  • Lose priority access to trip registration

  • Lose priority room selection and early booking privileges

If a member in Reserve Status fails to attend at least one Girls Travel Co. trip by the next applicable GTC Admission date, their membership will be terminated without exception.

This policy allows Girls Travel Co. to prioritize engaged members, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the value of our curated travel experiences.
